Required Qualifications
Healthcare professionals who register with Living Life at Home Nurse Registry should meet the following requirements:
- Valid RN, LPN, or CNA license, or HHA training certificate
- Current CPR certification
- Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse https://info.flclearinghouse.com/
- Physical stating you are free of Communicable diseases (TB screening recommended)
- Continuing Education Units (CEUs) maintained as required for the caregiver’s license or certification
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
