I wanted to extend my family’s and my personal thanks to you and your team for taking such good care of my parents for almost two years. Sharon and Shirley were both proactive and concerned aides right until my father’s death and my mother’s move up North. My mother still misses Sharon and would like to return to The Carlisle. During the hurricane, Sharon and Shirley rotated 12 hour shifts so they could insure my parents were well taken care of offsite. Sharon made sure both parents were driven to their doctor appointments and often times sat in with them when we couldn’t be there. I wanted to thank you for all your help with my dad. We first called Living Life At Home after hurricane Irma, when it became apparent that he needed help and could no longer manage on his own. You made it so easy to have an aide with him, at first on a limited basis, and then through a hospital stay and full time coverage until his recent move to memory care. You were always accessible, willing to listen, and able to adjust his caregiver schedule on very short notice. I want to take this opportunity to say how much I appreciate everything Living Life at Home has done for us. With both of my parents having dementia and each of them having different needs it has been very stressful for me as I try to make sure they are properly cared for. I’m a licensed Practical Nurse who is taking care of a resident at Mangrove Bay Marilyn Goodman for a year. I met Rosemary the nurse from Living Life at Home early on. Rosemary has always made herself available for any questions or concerns I may have and also any that the family has had. Rosemary comes to fill Marilyns medication boxes every two weeks and is always prompt and if there is any change with time has always made us aware. She has been coming here since 2011. Rosemary is part of our team of family, other caretakers, myself the nurse on this case and having her on board to answer questions which she does even if she is not here she calls back and helps in the quality of life for Marilyn.
